|Recommended: YesGreat place for student who live off campus — It's absolutely amazing. It's not far from campus and it's a walkable distance. In general, the apartments are amazing. I love the fact that furniture is already included within the apartment and the wifi too. That makes it great for me as a student to not worry about other charges.

|Recommended: YesGood minor touches and it could be great — Its cool, kinda small but reasonable. Very thin walls, and they don't recycle. I feel terrible not recycling. I wish there were more events to get everyone together and know each other. I dont even know the people on my floor.
|Recommended: YesComfy apartment — Honestly, I've had little to no issues here. To be fair, this is my first apartment, but everything seems professional here. The only issue I have is the attention to detail. In my bathroom, the wall paint was sprayed inconsistently and along the top of the shower. There are also minor stains on the carpet. Other than that, great place.
